At the beginning of the 21st century, the countryside of Beijing, thrived in the imagination of the globalization to develop the sustainability, Rural Mix is the international code name of idyllic school. It originated from Louis K Wang’s movement to Beijing and experience of original movies, music and art in China. Through ever-changing public exhibition and constantly promoting different ways of life experience, Rural Mix is find a way to change and innovate philosophic idea of modern society.

It is just like a good movie, the hope trying to composite and mix new concept, performance, fashion, music and exhibition modes to promote idyllic trend. The Winter Garden and Cookie House of Pastoral Art are venues to exhibit interdisciplinary arts for life in Beijing, where creative activities take place. It is said that with the support of many woods, one can gain real inspiration from the noosphere.

Louis K Wang and Nana Bee had experienced twelve years of pastoral art life, which will provide people a good reference of Beijing in the digital age. With exhibitions of different-disciplined communication arts, such as films, videos, dramas, photography, painting, printmaking, collages, magazines, fashion design and installation, we will tell stories aboy people in different cognitive circles.

It\’s a pleasure to announce our Taosidency Program. This is a program for people like you who enjoy idyllic living, culture and arts in a China. You can meet friends and take part of our  movement. All will bring a unique experience to your life. If you are a person of higher spiritual quality, art lover, serious culture worker or ethnographer etc., the Taosidency will bring you to a new horizon beside urban living . Maybe you will accidentally get some new inspirations for the mother nature. Moreover, you can practice your Chinese with friendly indigenous people.

If you have your own project such as film production, documentary or artwork, there are space , useful facilities and crew member available for you.

If you are interesting in the topic such as contemporary arts,  technology and science, global consciousness,  quantum physics and energy or simplicity and sustainable development, you are welcome to join our workshops or seminars You can get help to dig out a lot  of similar philosophies from ancient East and West culture.

Our Rose Manor,  the administrating center,  is located in a ranch-looked environment by the countryside of Beijing. There are several suites available each season based on application in advance.
